We want you to be fully satisfied with your Rieker purchase. If your shoes are not the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
